Wind chimes is an application which imitates the Wind chimes in your machine. It is developed by Syntrillium. The company was purchased by Adobe in May 2003, and adobe stopped the developments of their products except Cool Edit. I found a website of Jimcofer who offered to download this again.

The program will run without installation (just unzip and run the chimes.exe file). You cannot register the program any more, and you’ll get an occasional “nag screen” that stops the chimes and reminds you to register
