It is a long time after Android received the WhatsApp calling facility. Now Windows Phone users also received the much awaited feature on their WhatsApp.
WhatsApp calling allows users to call their contacts for free if they too have WhatsApp installed on their device. The clarity of the voice is good. As usual the FREE does not mean you will not have to pay for your data plan. You will not be able to make calls to the 911 and other emergency numbers using this feature. If you are getting FREE Wi-Fi, this feature can save some money.
This feature will be available on Windows Phone 8 or higher versions. I have tried it on my Lumia 1320 which is running on Windows Phone 10 technical preview. You can see how it will look when you make a call while the One hand mode is on
