Gmail now introduced a new feature that will help you to unsubscribe from the news letters which you don’t want any more. To do this

1. On a newsletter, Click Spam

2. Click Unsubscribe (This will send a request to the sender)

Google says that currently this will work with some senders and they are encouraging all senders.
