When I changed my hosting server the server time also changed, earlier it was nearly 12hrs difference and now it is reduced to 9 and half hours. So I was just checking whether the time offset set in Blogengine Settings was correct or not. It is perfect. This post is posted at 00.31 AM IST, and you can see the posted time with the post.

I gave 9 and half hours as 9.3 but that was wrong, it was 9.5
