Is your windows running too slow? Here am not going to give a detailed description of how to speed it up, but i just wanted to share a few links which are worth a read.

As you may know the basic things you want to speed it up are

1. Less startup programs

2. Remove unwanted  programs

3. Remove temporary/cache files (You can use CCleaner for this)

4. Defragment
