Opera released a new test build on 18th July 2008, which will be enabling these features, 3D, Video and File Access.

Currently a user can permit the widgets used in opera to access files in his system, which will allow developers to create more and more useful widgets.

The video feature provides support for the royalty-free Ogg Theora video format

3D canvas provide 3D rendering features using JavaScript.
