Eralier we posted about an application for iOS devices named Merlin Bird ID By Cornell Lab which will help you to find the name and details of birds easily (How to find a bird’s name and details). Now they have launched an Android version of the application now, which is available on play store now.
This application will help you to find the name and details of birds , what you will have to do is to enter the size of the bird, primary colors and where you find the bird. The application will come up with all possible matches from which you can find the the bird you saw.
