You can calculate the boot time of your computer using a simple application (it is just an exe, no installation needed). Download the file here. Run it will ask to reboot, click yes or no as you wish, if you click no it will ask whether to calculate on next boot click yes.

It will display the boot time when you logged in to your machine next time.
