Upload it to your geocities account.
Now
1. Go to Dream Host Signup page
2. Choose Host a domain
3. choose 2 year hosting with domain
4. Enter your desired domain name (should be an available one)
5. On the promotional code enter your geocities page url (which you uploaded)
6. Agree the terms and click submit.
7. You will receive a mail with details
