Design a symbol for Indian Rupee – Government contest

Indian government is conducting a contest to design a symbol for Indian Rupee. just like US dollar ($), the euro (€), the Japanese yen (¥) or the pound sterling (£).

The finance ministry, which has called for entries by April 15, would shortlist five designs and one will be selected after the . But even if the design was not selected, the five shortlisted entries would be entitled to a prize of Rs 25,000 each.

"Interested persons may send their entries, along with a bank draft of Rs.500/ –"

Issue is that there are many sites describing about this, but on the official web site of finance ministry of India, i could not find something like this.
